Your Pass Bureau is your key to discounts with other airlines. They negotiate the deals, issue the tickets and process the refunds. Each month we will take a closer look at one airline and talk to their pass bureau to get insight on how you can enjoy what that airline has to offer you. This month we talk to Junko Satake with Era Alaska!

Era Alaska is based in Anchorage and operates a network of services from Anchorage to various towns and cities all around Alaska. If you are looking to experience Alaska, Era Alaska has your ticket!

Era Aviation (Era Alaska Group) is based in Anchorage, Alaska U.S.A and operates scheduled domestic flights. Era Aviation (Era Alaska) currently flies over more than 100 communities statewide. Their team of professionals on the ground and in the air has the history and experience to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction today — and for the future.

After a series of owners, Era Aviation joined with the combined Hageland Aviation and Frontier Flying Service in 2009 under the Era Alaska family umbrella. The newest partnership formed the largest air group in the state of Alaska by serving more cities and passengers with the largest airplane fleet in Alaska. Era’s scheduled regional passenger and cargo flights offer comfort, convenience and impeccable service primarily using a combination of the latest aircrafts on the market. We had the privilege to sit and chat with one of the Era’s  aviation staffers:
