begin your morning with eggs and corned beef and hash at the Shooman, one of the better known restaurants along the 7 mile beach.
once youve complete that head to, Kittiwake shipwreck at the north end of the 7 mile beach. The Kittwake is a submarine rescue vessel from 1945 that was towed and sunk into 2011 to create an artificial reefs and dive site. Here you are going to find giant sea turtles and groupers all around the track. Both divers and snorkelers should venture to enjoy this awesome sight.
For lunch head over to Georgetown, the capital of grand Cayman and enjoyed lunch at the Cayman cabana bar and restaurants for fresh off the boat fish along with the side of breadfruit and pumpkin.
After lunch go to stingray city which is a series of shallow sea and bars a short boat ride from the beach and one of grand Cayman Ste hop tour stops. Here you can swim with and pat raise in about 4 feet of water. The razor gentle and both adults and kids will love this adventure. If you can go on a Sunday you are likely to find fewer cruise passengers here than any other days.
In the evening go enjoy a swanky dinner at the Tiki Beach bar which is a little closer to the resort and night life. A swanky is the local ginger flavored women made with a splash of rum.
Dinner time presents you with a slew of options from the Ritz Carlton to the local dining options along the Bamana Bay, just north of Georgetown. After dinner head back to 7 mile beach which is also where you will find a host of local clubs offering enticing nightlife.
